Accessing Weployees on our self-service platform is entirely free. You only pay for the Weployees you hire, for as little as four hours up to over six months. You get a dedicated customer success manager to provide end-to-end support at no extra charge.
We pay all Weployees the correct award-based rate, including superannuation. You pay a flat hourly fee which includes payment to the Weployee, payroll tax, WorkCover and a flat service fee.
Your custom dashboard provides a full break down of all the fees paid and you can track overall spend there. We’ve designed an innovative platform that reduces traditional overhead costs and passes on savings benefits to our clients and the community of contingent staffers.
At the end of each week, the Weployee will submit their timesheet reflecting the hours they worked via the Weploy app. You will have 48 hours to approve the timesheet, and Weploy will invoice you the flat hourly fee accordingly.
