What was your first job:

Chief chicken fryer at Red Rooster!

Who was the biggest influence in your career:

My Dad.

What would your ideal job be?

Project Manager within the Civil Industry.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I trade the financial markets and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with other people too.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

I drink several cups of tea a day, which would be fine... but I drink them with 6-7 teaspoons of sugar, so I do feel a little guilty about it.

What is a typical day like for you?

Work from 8:30-5pm then nap for 40 minutes. Then I'll rise again for the London session of the financial markets and trade till 2-3am, go back to sleep and wake up for work again at 8am.

What would be your biggest piece of advice to your 20 year old self?

Invest in Bitcoin.

What do you love most about working in Customer Service?

Being able to provide a solution for the customer to help them feel more comfortable. It feels good to help people and make someone's situation easier.

What does Customer-Centricity mean to you?

It means the customer is better able to trust and be loyal to you, which we appreciate.

Can you tell me about a time when you delivered an outstanding customer service experience that they weren’t expecting?

Yes, the customer was not expecting certain information when we discussed the file, however I had taken the initiative to go beyond and provide information which was not relevant but providing this information to the customer would keep his mind at ease, which they love and appreciate.

Can you tell me a little bit about the challenges you’ve faced trying to find employment?

The hiring market is tough at the best of times, but during COVID-19, many companies put a freeze on hiring so the employment market was even tougher.

Did Weploy change your situation significantly? If so, can you tell me two ways it has helped further your career path?

Weploy provided me with a fighting chance to work again, despite the pandemic we are in. Since having collections experience it has positioned myself for this role perfectly fine, however i am yet still to go in the line of my career.

What made you try Weploy?

During this pandemic I was applying for everything I could see. I had spoken to Weploy before and understood they had an easy process hence I applied.

What was the process like for you?

Super fast and efficient. I really enjoyed the onboarding process and love how easy it is to review and accept or decline roles within my app.
