The opportunity to work across a range Weployers helps you build on your current skill set, whilst having diversity in your working week. What is a Weployer? A Weployer is someone who is looking to hire a Weployee.  ‘Weployers’ are our valued clients who are looking to hire on-demand staff through Weploy. We are connecting Weployees, looking for diversity in their working weeks, whilst solving really hard hiring needs for our Weployers.  Is Weploy a recruitment company? No. Weploy is a HR Software company based in Melbourne. Do you specialise in temp jobs? Yes! We connect individuals to short-term working opportunities. This can range from one to two-day working assignments, or positions up to 6 months.   How do I get jobs? To receive jobs on the Weploy app, you must successfully apply to join our Weployee community.  How do I join the Weployee community? To become a Weployee you must successfully complete the application process.  -  Submit application [here](https://boards.greenhouse.io/weploy) - We'll contact successful applicants for a phone interview - Applicants complete a fun online test which measures the soft skills that our Weployers are looking for - You'll meet the team on a quick video or face-to-face interview - As a final step, we'll run a police and works right check  What kind of hours will I work? With Weploy, you can choose the jobs that suit your availability. Most of our roles take place between business hours (9-5) Monday through Friday.  What kind of availability do I need to have? We are looking for Weployees with both part-time and full-time availability.  What types of jobs do you offer? We specialise in business support jobs including administrative work, reception, data entry, and roles across finance, marketing, HR, and sales support. If you have other areas of expertise, please let us know.  Are you a subcontractor? No, Weployees are Casual Employees of Weploy. Who can join Weploy?
