Terms and Conditions of Referral Program

  • The referral program is effective from 1 January 2021

  • Refer a friend! If they get an assignment and remain with the client for over a month, we pay the referrer up to $300.

  • Refer a client! If you're working somewhere else and think they could use a service such as Weploy, recommend us. Once they’re activated with Weploy, you’ll receive $300. Once they reach profitability level, you get up to $700 more. 

  • The referral bonus references 'up to $300'. For assignments less than one calendar month, the bonus is $150. For assignments over one calendar month, the bonus is $300. 

  • The refer a friend is only payable once with each new referral. To be eligible for the bonus again, you must refer a new Weployee and they must meet the working conditions above. 

  • If the referred candidate is let go or fired before the timeframe, the bonus is not payable.

  • The referred candidate’s attendance at their assignment needs to be above 90% in order to be eligible for the bonus. 

  • If the referred candidate resigns before the one month timeframe, the bonus is not payable. In some compassionate conditions, the bonus may be payable up to half (TBD on a case-by-case basis). 

  • If the referred candidate is found organically by the Talent Team, and then referred by someone, the bonus is not payable. 

  • One month is considered to be one calendar month.  

  • Referring a client is only payable once the client has paid their first invoice. 

  • To be eligible for this referral program, you must be a Weployee yourself or have been in the past to ensure payment can be made to a trusted source.
