Why We Created This

Because nobody’s ever had a breakthrough idea standing in a conference hall, badge swinging, balancing a canape and someone else’s business card.

It happens with a fork in your hand, somewhere between the first course and a second glass of wine, when people stop performing and start talking. That’s where you actually learn something. Not from a stage. From the person next to you, being honest, because good food and good company always have a way of doing that.

Who gets invited?
A curated mix of Talent Acquisition Leaders, alongside founders, CEOs and execs. Invitations are by nomination. If you're reading this, you could be exactly who we had in mind.
What happens at the lunch?
One guest speaker, one long-form conversation, no stage and no slides. Think dinner-party honesty rather than keynote polish. Expect it to run about two hours. 
Is there a set agenda or Q&A format?
No script. The conversation is guided and questions come from the table. 
Can I bring a colleague or send someone in my place?
Seats are personal invitations, not transferable. With only 15 spots, we keep the guest list exactly as curated. 
Will this be recorded or shared afterwards?
No. Off the record, on purpose. That's what makes people actually say something worth hearing. 
Is there a cost to attend?
No. This is hosted, invitation-only, and free for guests. 
What's the dress code?
Come as you'd show up to a good lunch, not a keynote.
Where and when is it held?
The first of the series will be in held in Melbourne in early September.
