How does Weploy Work?

Weploy is the fastest online hiring platform for Customer Service in Australia. Weploy will give you access to quality, pre-vetted Customer Service staff faster than traditional agencies. Just sign up for a free account and tell us who you are with some basic details about your business. 

Post jobs anytime on the platform and let technology enable hiring in minutes. Our algorithm will match you with our pre-vetted staff (we call them Weployees) within a couple of clicks, saving you time in the process. To post a job, just choose between "Direct" or "Select". Use the job form to tell us what kind of support you need, length of placement and the responsibilities. You can add in systems knowledge, and any other special info here. 

Then, let tech do the screening and sorting! Our talent pool will be notified of the job requirements and they can nominate themselves if they're available via the mobile app - all within a 10 minute train ride. If you chose to hire 'Direct', you will be matched with with a pre-qualified Weployee who is available for the job, or our algorithm will provide you with a shortlist of profiles for you to choose from in the 'Select' feature.
 
Once selected, your Weployee will contact you and show up to your door ready to support your team straight away!
