Integration between Weploy and Xero takes four simple steps.
This is the information flow between Xero and Weploy.
Your Weploy invoice on Xero will look similar to this:
Only Expense and Liability Chart of Accounts are available for selection.
Every time you approve a timesheet submitted by a Weployee, the Weploy system inserts an account payable invoice into the chart of account you’ve previously selected.
The invoices will have the Awaiting Payment status unless you've chosen to pay by cfredit card, in which case they will have Draft.
Integration is free and there is no subscription fee to use Weploy - you only pay for the Weployees as and when you use the service.
